Problem: Lack of economic resources in Haiti
-
What I Propose? Increase the financial resources to invest in education.
-
Who would carried it out? The Haiti's government and international organizations like Save the Children. This alliance can be good because the objective of this NGO is to help millions of children go to school for the first time, to improve the quality of education they receive in the classroom, to maintain that quality even when their countries suffering an emergency or conflict.
-
How? Increase economic resources through international actors such as NGOs to invest in the construction of schools with all necessary infrastructure to create a space in which children and young people can receive quality education. Also hire professionals to invest in the education of Haitians.

Problem: Poor governance in HaitÃ
-
What I propose?: Create diplomatic alliances with countries that want to help finance the economic crisis in Haiti, also seek the help of the international system by NGOs to ensure good management of public resources.
-
Who would carried it out?: President Michel Martelly is responsible to bring welfare to the people, for this reason it is responsible for improving his country´s diplomacy in order to build strong relations with other countries.
-
How?: To achieve these objectives, the motivation must be promoted by President Michel Martelly and his government team to achieve strategic alliances with countries like USA and France, which can help them with cheap loans to invest in the people of Haiti. Additionally, the economic resources will be obtained with the help of organizations like the UN.

Problem: Deficient education around the country.
-
What I Propose?: Goverment and FSLN (a organization which is based on education) create a program where they hived at least 2000 teachers and they can be distribute in the differents states of Haità and give a good education to the poblation.
-
Who would carried it out?: The Goverment of Haità (Principally president, governors and mayors), then secondary organizations focusing on the educational aspect for the illiterate.
-
How? Public and private national and international organisms can hire professionals who can teach illiterate people and create an Institute of basic education that allows them to have an intellectual development and engage in society.

Problem: The unconsciousness of the problem
-
What I Propose? It is important to race the awerness in the whole comunity about the ilietracy as it affects them all.
-
Who would carried it out? This is a work of all the country, but the goverment could begin by giving more information about the problem and their consecuences as it affects the whole country, and finally the society need to support this and help their community to fight with the illteracy.
-
How? by using puclicity and campaings to give the information to the comunity so that they begin to give importance to the education and the once that have it, help others.
